Shipping Information
1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated based on your location and selected service at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3 - 5 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3 - 7 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the destination. Estimated delivery time is 5 - 7 business days. Please note that additional customs fees or taxes may apply for international orders.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after confirmation of payment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are determined at checkout based on the shipping method and destination. For orders above PHP 1500, we offer free standard shipping within the philippines.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas. Please ensure your shipping address is valid and correct to avoid delays in processing.
5. International Shipping
For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs regulations prior to placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
At GRWM Cosmetics, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist you.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges of unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 7 days of the purchase date, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be returned within 7 days from the date you received your order.
- The product(s) must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as makeup brushes, opened cosmetics, and limited-edition products are non-returnable.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at shopify chat support with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Approval: Once we’ve reviewed your request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping Your Return: Pack your item securely and send it to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process your return once it’s received.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days once the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with refund details. Depending on your financial institution, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear on your account.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different shade or item, please follow the same steps as for returns. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
