  1. Swirl your finger or brush onto the pan to skim off the first layer. 
  2. Dip your brush into the pan and tap off the excess powder. 
  3. Apply the powder lightly to all of the spots of the face that you want to brighten such as the undereye area, down the nose bridge, and the tip of the nose. Build coverage as desired.
  4. You may also use this powder as a base for your blush and apply it lightly on your cheeks.
